The Rider’s Edit is a new priority package that provides riders who paid a pre-show fee with exclusive access to a private preview gallery for photo purchases — curated just for them, if they are captured during the show.
This means no more manually searching through the entire event gallery for photos of you and your horse.

If I manage to photograph you, you’ll receive your own personalized gallery link and one free high-res photo (Photographer’s best pick, with small watermark).
It is created for riders who want a chance at getting coverage without committing to a full show booking.

The Rider’s Edit does not guarantee coverage.
Full booking clients will always receive top priority and dedicated coverage during their class.

However, Rider’s Edit clients will have priority access to private gallery previews before the general public (if photographed).

Yes — Rider’s Edit slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, (whoever pays the pre-show fee first), and slots are limited to ensure quality, focused coverage among all clients.

Bookings will close once spots are filled, to avoid overbooking.
If you’re interested, please sign up early to secure your spot.

While I do my best to cover all Rider’s Edit sign-ups, coverage is not guaranteed. If your class is rescheduled and I’m still present and able to cover it, I’ll do my best to adjust. Please notify me of any schedule changes as soon as you can.

Last–minute schedule changes may affect your chances of being photographed, especially for dressage where class clashes are frequent, or if I am preoccupied with full booking clients.

Refunds will not be issued, but I’ll always aim to notify you in advance if I anticipate any conflicts with your class schedule prior to or after your booking.
In such cases, your Rider’s Edit credit can be carried forward to the next show I attend, or you may make changes to your riding order to ensure coverage.

If I manage to cover you, you’ll receive a private gallery link within a week post-show. I will also usually post previews via Instagram stories.

But If I wasn’t able to cover your ride, you will be notified and your credit can be carried forward to the next show I attend.

Yes — your booking credit can be carried forward to a future show of your choice if you’re unable to attend the next one.
You’ll also receive priority as a returning Rider’s Edit client for that event.

You may also transfer your credit to another rider if you prefer, as long as both parties agree and notify me in advance.

Please note that once the credit is transferred, it cannot be reclaimed or split between riders.

Yes — depending on availability, you can upgrade to a full class booking before the show.

Full bookings guarantee focused coverage and a larger image set in high-resolutions with no watermarks, and possible videos.

If you’re photographed, your private gallery will be delivered via a secure link within 1 week after the show.
You will also receive one complimentary social media–sized image (Photographer’s best pick, with small watermark).
Additional images can be purchased at standard rates.

All galleries are curated — I handpick only the best moments that reflect your ride with clarity, storytelling, and aesthetic value.

RAW files will not be provided.

Your Rider’s Edit package includes one complimentary web-sized photo containing a small watermark, handpicked by me showcasing the best shot of your ride.

If you’d like your free shot as a high-res version, you may upgrade by paying the price difference.

The complimentary image is sized for social media use only.
For prints, I would suggest an upgrade to a high-res version.

Cropping out my watermarks or applying filters is not permitted.

You are allowed to share the gallery with friends and family for photo selection purposes;
Any saving or screenshotting from the gallery and sharing to your social media is prohibited.
In any case, all preview images are of very low resolution and will all contain full watermarks.

Once images are purchased, you’re welcome to post them online with proper credit.

Commercial use (for brands/sponsors) will require additional licensing fees.

Due to the time needed for editing, and video hosting issues, videos and reels are not included in the Rider’s Edit package.

If you’re looking for guaranteed video content, I recommend making a full booking — this ensures that I can focus on capturing both photos and videos of your ride with quality and care.

Reels can be offered with full bookings at an additional fee.

There are two options for competition photos:
✦ Social media-sized:
   – Max. 2000px on the longer edge, at 150dpi
   – Includes a small logo watermark
   – Sufficient for social media, small printed photos and keepsakes

✦ High-resolution
   – Max. 3000px (Varies on crop) on the longer edge, at 200dpi
   – No watermarks
   – Sufficient for large prints and keepsakes such as wall art

After previewing your photos, you may send me a screenshot with the photo and the photo number to purchase.

Once the number of shots is confirmed,
you will receive my account details for transfer.

Final photos will be uploaded to a Google drive within 48 hours for you to download.
The drive will remain active for 7 days before it is deleted.

Depending on the photo and difficulty of the request, I will be happy to help edit photos for you for an additional fee.

The editing fee will depend on the complexity of the request.

Once you’ve submitted your sign-up form, I’ll review your details and confirm availability.

Payment instructions will be sent via your preferred channel, and your spot will be confirmed only upon payment.

By law, copyrights of a photo remain with the photographer during their lifetime and then a further 50 years.

When purchasing a photo, you are purchasing a copy of the image with a limited set of rights of usage, known as licensing.
Photos purchased from me include an indefinite personal use license, you do not have the right to use the photos commercially or make profits.

e.g. You can print your photograph onto a mug for yourself or as a gift to a family member. But you are not permitted to print a large batch of mugs with your photo on it to re-sell.

Photos are also not permitted to be sent to stables, riding schools, organizations, sponsors or brands to edit or repost, and used to market their own products or events.
This includes the reposting of purchased photos for giveaway or online competition events.

If your sponsors or brands would like to use your photo or feature you, please ask them to contact me for permission and/or to purchase a commercial license.
