Screenshotting images is legally considered theft.
I will be sending you an invoice for copyright infringement if I discover you to have stolen and reposted screenshotted photos without my consent.
This applies to using stolen photos as social media icons, posts, reel covers etc.
If the invoice isn’t paid within 30 days, you will be permanently blacklisted from my services.
As of 2024, I’ve disabled the right-click function on my website,
so any watermarked photos you see from 2023 onwards are all considered stolen.
In this case, you can send me a screenshot of the stolen and reposted photos and send me the person’s social media username.
you will be entitled to 2 free competition photos (in form of credit if I haven’t photographed you yet) as thanks.
By law, copyrights of a photo remain with the photographer during their lifetime and then a further 50 years.
When purchasing a photo, you are purchasing a copy of the image with a limited set of rights of usage, known as licensing.
Photos purchased from me include an indefinite personal use license, you do not have the right to use the photos commercially or make profits.
e.g. You can print your photograph onto a mug for yourself or as a gift to a family member. But you are not permitted to print a large batch of mugs with your photo on it to re-sell.
Photos are also not permitted to be sent to stables, riding schools, organizations, sponsors or brands to edit or repost, and used to market their own products or events.
This includes the reposting of purchased photos for giveaway or online competition events.
If your sponsors or brands would like to use your photo or feature you, please ask them to contact me to purchase a commercial license.
Navigate to the events page to locate your competition class,
preview your photos and select your choice shots by sending me a screenshot with the photo and the photo number via Whatsapp or Instagram DM.
Once I’ve confirmed the number of your shots and the total price,
I will send over my account details for you to make a transfer.
Final photos will be uploaded to a Google drive within 48 hours for you to download.
The drive will remain active for 7 days before it is deleted.
